Fred Scopa, President, is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Certified Real Property
Administrator with over 30 years experience.
Experience includes: Five years as assistant to the Commissioner of Real Property, City of Boston, in charge of municipal building management and the disposition of foreclosed real estate. Ten years with a large privately held Real Estate firm, where he rose to the position of V.P. in charge of property management and brokerage. As owner and president of Bostonia Realty since July 1st, 1995, he has developed a significant portfolio of commercial properties to manage, lease, and sell.
Cristian Scopa, Vice President, is in charge of Maintenance Operations and I.T. Technical Support. He attended Massachusetts Maritime Academy for Facilities Engineering learning about; HVAC Systems, Steam Power, how to run a commercial boiler and other building related courses . He's worked as an intern at Cushman and Wakefield Building Maintenance at South Station in Boston, as well as, Massachusetts Water Resource Authority, Deer Island Wastewater Treatment Plant.
